Orders with an incomplete or missing delivery address will be automatically processed as a return for refund.
Processing & Shipping
Orders placed on working days before 22:00 are processed and shipped the same day whenever possible.
Within the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany): If you order before 22:00 on a working day, your package will usually arrive within 2–4 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with track & trace details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery notes
If you're not home during delivery, PostNL will try your neighbours first or leave the parcel at a nearby PostNL pickup point.
Parcels not collected from a pickup point within 1 week will be returned to us and processed as a refund.
